Simpler designs are usually better.

hello sis. what processor are you using?

i've had problems with overheating with stock settings (no overclocking) and stock cooling. had several unmounting / cleaning and re applying the thermal paste trials but to no luck. sinubukan ko din mag pea size, striped, 'o' shape, 1 line, 2 lines na pag apply ng paste. ang nakakainis pa dito kahit nasa BIOS/cmos lang umaabot ng 102'C!!! until.............

may nabasa ako na i undervolt ng konti ung processor. never had problems eversince.

* trial and error, you may have to clear out the cmos settings once or twice to get the best voltage for your cpu.

download Prime95,http://www.majorgeeks.com/Prime95_d4363.html for CPU loading and coreTemp,http://www.guru3d.com/news/coretemp-099526-released/ for cputemp monitoring

a. list mo yung default voltage core.
b. check out the next Lower voltage available in the settings. start from there.
c. boot windows
d. run prime95 .. test mo for an hour. pag wala errors encountered. restart pc.
e. go to CMOS and set it to another lower voltage.
f. go back to [d.] till you hit errors during tests. -this means na hit mo na ung baseline. step up one notch on the voltage settings.

from 76-85 idle naging 52-54... :)

sa BIOS settings. ;) madalas nasa advance settings kasama ng RAM voltages and timings, at CPU speed.
