my latest setup

http://i34.tinypic.com/6ro8jr.jpg

driver im using is from miniBRUTE driver..

im using only IRFP450 kaya di gaano malalaki ang arcs.. only 6-7" at best (with 13turn primary, maybe I could DO MORE with lesser turns, maybe 10turns at the risk of blowing MOSFETs) Im not rich so hanggang dito nalang muna ito...

naka helical primary na pala.. hehehe
at parang nakatripod pa!

eto yung osc + half-bridge driver..kita rin ang RED straw w/c is the antenna feedback
http://i33.tinypic.com/2zqamn9.jpg

eto naman kasama ang coil.. note 7turns nalang primary, now I could achieve 9" - 10", sometimes 11" ... more than the length of the secondary ;) NOTE the shiny coil ;D alagang-alaga yan
http://i34.tinypic.com/qoy637.jpg

eto naman close-up sa oscillator-controller ko..based sa miniBRUTE <google>
http://i35.tinypic.com/oqdds8.jpg

eto naman yung remote interrupter ko, w/c gives variable ON time and frequency (10-100Hz more or less)..

this afternoon, kinunan ko ulit ng video.. 5 turns primary nalang and went back to using CT feedback... now I could get 10-11" arcs... di masyado makita sa video (15fps lang) .. this is much SCARIER in real life.. heheh

Guys,

ang induction heating, for ZVS flyback driver sya

I always forget to make a video of the "classic" tricks with tesla coil, mainly the holding of florescent bulb and make it light wirelessly.. natry ko na rin, para akong may light saber hehe.. and also the Ion motor..

next time nalang.. hehe
