SANYO ST-21g1 (Standby only, Front panel button not functioning)

Mga sir, help naman, ayaw mag-oscillate. Dating problema nya ayaw lang gumana ang mga button sa front panel (volume, channel, etc..) tapos ngayun nung mg-off ayaw na mag-on.

B+ 125 Volts.

Normal ba mga sir yung 5V line wala munag boltahe pag-hindi pa nag-oscillate flyback? ???

update! ok na yung TV. :)
Leaky lang yung filter cap (470uF C644) ng 5volts line bago umating ng 7805 5volts regulator kaya nag-ddrop ang voltahe to 2.5 volts, which is not enough na i-on nya ang system IC para mag-command sa HOT at i-on ang flyback.

maraming salamat sa post nato.. ito ang trouble ng sanyo ko nanire2per same model ngayon.. maraming salamat ts..puntos para sayo. ;D. kapehan na.. ;D
