may iba pa nagsasabi..

di sana Jobs that are ment for them ay napupunta sa kanila... di sa palakasan... o kung ano paman...

it's not to discourage board takers nor put down the passers, ang point lang ng karamihan dito is, skills and attitude count more kapag may trabaho na. based from experience kasi, this statement does not necessarily reflect in real life.

At isa pa based sa mga feedbacks regarding sa mga technology/technology/ece graduates (non-license) the promotion and opportunities parang limited lg hindi katulad kapag license ka..

personally, may mga kakilala akong undergrad at non-board passer na naka-akyat sa matataas na pwesto like Managerial positions in different industries. 'yung iba sa kanila, nagsimula pa as Technician.

ngayon, kung ang pinapasukan o ang negosyo ay related sa Telecommunications or Broadcasting or Academic, in one way or another, or some time in the near future, maganda talagang lisensyado. pero kung nasa ibang propesyon katulad ng semiconductors, computers, R&D, etc., na walang papeles na ibinibigay sa gobyerno with regards sa trabaho, hindi masyadong mahalaga ang lisensya.

Negotiation between government at other contracts kailangan talaga license.

Pero embedded software siguro at programming kailangan dyan yung hands-on.

hmm, I've learned that, living in the information age requires hard proof.  Having a license is a proof, and that is a plus sa mga mayroon (better than nothing).

Magpasalamat ka nga sir, di ka nakuha doon sa field engineer eh,  kasi may mas maganda'ng naghihintay sa iyo.    heto, make a plan short at saka long term plan, work for a short term plan to survive against all odds,  work for a long term plan for a better future with your love one with lots of passive income, portfolio, make it a point na hindi ka na magtratrabaho, pa golf golf ka na lang, pa petik petik ka na lang  and yet, money is working for you.

in all angle, wala kinalaman ece license mo kung ikaw ay successful o hindi, its all on your management of your life, at sana  ma-exercise din po sir ang magandang pagsagot  sa mga interview,  baka kasi mga sagot mo doon sa interview eh, parang iyong pagsagot mo dito sa public forum which contain some not appropriate word (i believe so it is a flowery words, not its real meaning),  goodluck on your endeavor
