Magpasalamat ka nga sir, di ka nakuha doon sa field engineer eh,  kasi may mas maganda'ng naghihintay sa iyo.    heto, make a plan short at saka long term plan, work for a short term plan to survive against all odds,  work for a long term plan for a better future with your love one with lots of passive income, portfolio, make it a point na hindi ka na magtratrabaho, pa golf golf ka na lang, pa petik petik ka na lang  and yet, money is working for you.

in all angle, wala kinalaman ece license mo kung ikaw ay successful o hindi, its all on your management of your life, at sana  ma-exercise din po sir ang magandang pagsagot  sa mga interview,  baka kasi mga sagot mo doon sa interview eh, parang iyong pagsagot mo dito sa public forum which contain some not appropriate word (i believe so it is a flowery words, not its real meaning),  goodluck on your endeavor

::) ::) ::) ::) pasensya na po sis dati kc akong adik eh kya ugaling kalye lang  ;D ;D ;D by the way sir MARAMING SALAMAT PO SA ADVICE ;D ;D

may iba pa nagsasabi..

 ;D ;D ;D

technical skills + management skills = IMBA

"Have passion in what you do and success will follow you." tama ba yun? hehe

here's the scenario:

I want to apply into a system integrator company(or any company na networking related ang work), I don't have an ece license but what I have are CCNA, CCNP certifications. will the company hire me? and what would you think will be the given position for me?

I'am a graduating student and asked by my friend, what is rectifier? and I can't answer it. and from that on I realized that electronics is not for me, as I enjoy my networking subjects more than my electronics subject and antenna related subjects.

tama, depende naman sa skills mo at papasukan mo. hindi ka naman iha-hire ng company dahil sa license or certification, iha-hire ka nila dahil sa kakayahan mo at alam mo. though, minsan kailangan nila ng may license (mostly broadcasting and telco) or advantage 'yung may certification.

meron akong mga classmate na nagkaroon ng work in Networks kahit 'di nag-take ng Cisco nung college or almost zero to basic knowledge lang sa networks pag-graduate. diskarte lang. most of them are already with the big names in the industry.

Please take pride in owning an ECE license. Others are not lucky enough even to finish the course. This is your ultimate test of knowledge for the course you have completed. By the way, have you thanked your parents, brothers and sisters and relatives?, who in one way or another contributed to your schooling?...Please do take time on this if you haven’t, it’s their pride too having their child graduated and passing the ECE board exams.

The ECE License will be important depending on the company you will be working with as earlier said on this topic.

Ok, so what’s next…reality check…I being another person who will ask and have an opinion..

-   ECE license will not mean job assurance when you apply for a job. (Heck!... even CCNA certification wont.)
-   Is there any (ECE/ IT) field in particular you want to go?...have you made up your mind?...maybe this is the reason why our graduates are being choosy…maybe?
-   Do you really need a job now?...financial standings I would say…”kahiya na kay erpats/ ermats tsaka kay utol” thing… If you do really need a job, don’t be choosy, period!
-   Do I have the attitude towards work?..time to find out now…it starts when your applying…with the luxury of time on my side, ill apply to a job openings that is  within my course…
-   By the way, how’s your resume/CV copy?...properly formatted? Nice and clean? (yun iba may pabango pa)…don’t enlarge your ECE license  font size equal to or larger than your name’s font size…I have seen these…
-   How’s you communication skills at this time, is it good?, written and verbal…does this need improvement?...well do something!...most often than not…your skills is only as good with your communication skills…if you can’t talk or explain or communicate effectively your work done, that will be a hindrance in your career development.
-   If you happen to land a job to your liking, please work with dedication, integrity and lots of RESPECT. From the cigarette vendor whom you bought your “yosi” on the way to work, the guard as you enter the building, canteen personnel who serves the food, your co workers and love the chair you will be sitting on. Put value on your work done. (Value means knowledge gain and performance satisfaction from you to your customer, not the money…yet)
-   This is now you real journey. Learning is upon you. How fast you acquire your expertise is up to you. Your studies are now tools, license and certification for that matter are now gauges in your work. Your technical know how will be topped by achievements. Strive to do things better. Be ready to be criticized. Failure is my friend. It makes me a better person, and I challenge failure everyday.
-   End the day with a big THANK YOU, to the Lord above, to the people around you, for myself a question, “is it good work today?”

Did I answer the question?...above are things I picked up along my journey…I hope you don’t mind me sharing…

Lastly, my hats off to our so called “Technicians”, any engineering work is not complete with your work contribution. I value your work done. “Salute”

ako lang po…
