26% nga! last tym 24%.. ano ba yan. yung 26% marami pa dyan condi. siguro less than 20 % lng ang new examines... sana palitan na yung examiners.

simple lang explanation sa 26% na passing, PRC is a regulatory commission, they simply regulate the number of passers all because last year we hit bottom sa recession, madaming nawalang work na mas may experience, mas matanda at mas may mga responsibilidad like family, kaya they are prioritized now to get jobs than these newbies na nagtake lang dis oct. this is really the job of a regulatory commission kesa na man madami nga papasa, mumura na man ang sahuran gawa ng abundance ng engrs. they simply acted on the situation. but it doesnt mean din nanghila sila pababa ng scores, ang sad truth is mahirap ang board ant ang pumasa pumasa, ang bagsak bagsak unlike b4 naghihila pataas ang PRC just to meet the higher demands of engrs, but not now. not anymore.

i think u r right. unfortunate for me to have taken the board just now. anyway lesson learned not to rely only on review ctr.. kailangan talaga mag aral ng mabuti now na 26 % or less ang passing.

hindi din nasusunod yan regulatory na yan kadalasan yung mga walang license at may mga matitindi skills ay nahihire kaysa sa mga may license nga ngunit wala lamang skills pgdating sa trabaho

^^ very very true, tsaka hindi rin talaga nareregulate ang ating profession. dapat nga sakop natin yung cellphone technician pero i doubt if kumukuha sila ng ECT...

dapat kasi my practical exams....haha,hindi puro abcde..hahaha...ang nattest sa bordexam natin now ay ung galing sa pag analize,pag analiza ng choices based sa mga nabasa.
