puedeng gumamit ka ng transparency...

or the other method is baby oil...

print mo circuit sa magandang printer...  tapos apply mo ng baby oil, hangnag magign translucent ang paper..
punasan mo excess oil... ready na ipatong sa photopcb.  this is applicaple sa medyo makakapal na traces up to 25 mil (based on my experience) :P

I have done this but using laser printer.
I used GLOSSY paper from magazines. You could use your new FHM issue.  ;D
Needs the PCB to be cleaned and sanded well so that toner will stick.
Print the positive mirror image of the design.
Place the paper on the sanded/cleaned PCB with the toner marking touching the copper of the PCB.
I placed another clean bond paper (without printings) on top as protective layer.
Iron the paper. Slide the iron without moving the magazine paper.
If you feel it already sticking. Just estimate it or do trial and error for the exact time because this depends on your clothes iron.
Then dip it in cold soapy water. Wait for a few minutes until the paper is partially dissolved.
Rub the paper off with your thumbs but carefully not to include the toners stuck on the copper.
The difficult part to the remove is the holes on the pad. So bigger pad holes is better.
After, you could directly dip this to your Ferric chloride of Cupric chloride solution.

I am using ordinary tracing paper in printing designs for photo pcb exposure.  You could buy this cheap at National Bookstore.

Maybe.
But honestly, I don't know.
I only tried using laser printer.
You could try it though. Just make sure the PCB are cleaned well and sanded. If not, the toner won't stick.

Madali lang ito. Ang PCB design i-print mo using inkjet or laser. Tapos ipa-clear photocopy mo, several copies. Tell the attendant to set to "very dark" setting para oki ang result. Pwede mo gamitin yung special na bondpaper. Tapos plantsa-method na  ;D

Since you have many xerox copies, pwede ka mag trial&error if first time mo magplantsa-method

OR

ipa-photocopy mo using ordinary acetate and use it for presensitized PCB. Though, mas oki kung print mo nalang agad sa colored transparency yung PCB design para no need to photocopy

kahit ano basta huwag lang ordinary bond paper. Pwede tracing paper if ok sa xerox machine. Ok rin daw ang photopaper.

i use backing sheet of wallpaper stickers, mas kumakapit talaga sa PCB pag-iron mo within 20 seconds of full settings ng electric iron mo.

mas maganda ang transfer kung kaka-labas lang ng printout sa laser printer/xerox machines at iplantsa mo na.

Hoy Lito!! bat mo naman siniwalat yung process natin?? bwehehehe...nice to see you here boz...

I totally agree...used the sticker backing paper..yung madulas na paper na naiiwan after removing the sticker..print with laser printer or any copier machine (toner type ha) then iron it on habang mainit-init pa!!

CORRECT or BEST MEDIUM for Iron-On transfer sa PCB etching!
