Yup matagal ng possible ito but it depends on the simcard version.  The latest version simcard cannot yet be cloned.  You can buy from ebay for about less than 10USD the blank 12in1 simcard and the simcard reader with acompanying s/w to crack the sim card.  Search for sim max sa ebay.  I've tried on both globe and smart prepaid.  Whats good about the product is you can store upto 12 different numbers from different operators at the same time although you can only use one number at a time.

This only works if you have physical access to the simcard.  Around 15-30 mins din bago macrack yung Ki key.

Hindi po ako nagbebenta nor do I offer any cloning services.  All of these are for my own personal experimentation and for educational purposes only.

Yung sim card reader/writer, pwede naman DIY yan ... you can find a lot of schematics sa internet.  Yung cloning s/w, you also can download for free.  Just do a search for "sim max".  Ang critical part is where can you get a blank sim card.

Dati nabili ko sa ebay yung sim max 12-in-1 for 10USD including shipping dito sa Pinas.  Its composed of a usb sim reader/writer, the software and a blank 12-in-1 sim card (that can hold 12 diff. numbers).  Ngayon ata around 20-30USD na siya if you will do a search sa Ebay.
