Help nman po bout sa RFID card reader

need ko po help nyo.. bmli po kc ako sa gizmo ng rfid card reader and rs232 to ttl converter.... ggmitn k po kc ung rfid n 2 para sa lock ng isang cabinet. and hexa code po ang iniiinput nya sa PC,, panu ko po kya ggwing kada input nya ng hexa mg ooutput po sa parallel port??? possible po ba??? kc po balak kong gamtan ng relay at magnetic lock para sa lock ng cabinet??

of course it is possible!
magnetic dead bolt lock is ok too! or simple solenoid para cheap!
