;D I think you can make a pseudo looking one with a small motor, a flat plate and a little imagination.

Just a suggestion. :D But ika nga ng character ni Nicholas Cage sa The Rock nang tinanong siya ng officemate niya kung bakit vinyl records yung binibili niya... "Because these sound better". :D

So it does boil down to the fact that, in this instance analog is better than digital, eh? BTW still have some collectors vinyl (one plays from the innermost groove going outwards, blue vinyl) and some picture discs. Will post some images...

meron mga audiophile mas gusto pa rin gamitin ang phono player nila at tube amplifier ... it must be the novelty of it

its been a long time since i heard of clicks and pops  ;D

of course, the top notch setup with properly handled vinyl would indeed claim "analog is better than digital" ... just don't ask about cost!  :o

Victrola yata tawag dun. :D

yun nga hinahanap ng mga audiophile sa analog...pero merong mga gumagawa ng CD output DAC na dinadagdagan yung bits (from 16 bits to 24 bits and so on)...audiophiles say that they sound like the real thing...pero mahal sila, but the audiophiles won't care for the cost...meron na rin for Apple i-Pod...

That's Behringer BCD3000. It's a great player for MP3 mixing with your pc.

Until now, wish I have turntable also. nde pa kasi ako nakakagamit ng SL1200 na TT hehehe...

kung saan gumawa si macgyver ng paper cone torotot na papel.. tapos dun sa dulo nag attach sya ng needle pin.. tapos he gently hold it against the record cylinder and sabay rotate and boom instant vinyl player..
