^L1 can be any value from 2 to 10uH......it's reason for being is to isolate the output stage from the effects of capacitive loading caused by cross-over networks and speaker becoming capacitive at some frequency....

on a 10ohm 2 watt resistor, wind as many turns as you can using a gage 18 or 20 magnet wire, exact numbers are pointless....wire the coil in parallel with the resistor...

bias adjustment? set mo muna sa maximum resistance, then yung emmiter resistor na say 0.22ohms monitor mo voltage, a bias of 50mA will show a voltage drop of 11millivolts, do this ajustment when the heatsink is warm to the touch...back down when the bias is increasing with time....

hindi naman yung trimmer ang nakakasira ng trannies, yung overbiasing at overheating ang nakakasira....

so sir tony iibig mo sabihin na ang emmiter voltage is to beset at 11mv to gnd sorry ha if nakairita yung tanong pro gusto ko lang matoto ng baising kasi hangang ic amp lang ako

signal diode yan 1N4148 pang bias,obsolete na yata yung j49 at k134, ang pinalit jan ay j162 at k1058 na.

opo sir,yan ng halos ginagamit nila ngayon.mula 100 hanggang 600 watts na design nila.ito rin ang DIY na amp kong ginagamit before.
