Color sensor for the blinds

can anyone help me about my electronic project entitled "color sensor for the blinds". Instead of light indicator the device will speak the color of the thing that you put in front of the sensor. the sensor can detect at least 8 colors.. pls help me....

nakagamit na ako ng avago RGB color sensor... tapos I converted the RGB into HSL to get  the hue... mas madali mag color identification using the hue value.
