Is it possible to combine solar energy and wasted heat energy?

Hello, pede po b i combine ung solar panel at ung peltier (wasted heat) sa isang project? We are planning to create a charger but inde namin sure kung possible b ito? hope you can help me...thanks =)

Peltier will create a very limited voltage.

Even solar panels/cells converts energy from the sun is no much compared with concentrated heat energy from the sun that is used to boil water and run turbines directly.

uhmm.. we are planning to create a solar panel, tapos  sa ilalim po ung ung peltier ilalagay para i absorb ung heat from solar panel, for short, dalawa ung kukuhaan namin ng energy, may battery din kami for storage ng energy. i just wondering kung ok lang b kung isasama ko ung peltier or wag na.... ung peltier pla detachable, pede namin tanggalin un sa ilalim ng solar panel kung umuulan para pede p rin kami makakuha ng energy from other machine / appliances / kahit saan n may wasted heat... ehehhe... just wondering if its ok to combine these two....

hindi cost efficient.
300 pesos na ata yung pinaka mura na pelter element na nakita ko.
while solar panels runs in the 500 peso mark which would produce power 100 time of what pielter would produce.
