patulong naman sa project namin.. gagawa kc kmi ng application na ilalagay sa cellphone at pag naka recieve na ng Blue tooth signal un cellphone, magsesend un cellphone ng SMS / text message sa isang cellphone.. patulong naman oh.. Thank you!

What kind of bluetooth signal? Please clarify or be specific.
An object push like vcard transfer?
Audio enhancement connection (handsfree or stereo music/A2DP)?
Or SPP connection from another bluetooth device?

In java (J2ME specifically), you could register the service (rfcomm channel) to the local database thus when a device connects to this channel the defined java function is called.
