I have experience in ATE and test program development using C++ language. Gusto ko sanang mag-send ng resume sa'yo but I do not know how to send a PM to you. I am just a newbie here. Can I have your email address and I will just send my resume to you through that e-ad?

many thanks

:) The company is MTI Advanced Test Development Corp. It is the local technical group of Microchip Technology, Inc., the owner of the PIC microcontrollers. Mostly, test engineering function ang resposibility. In short, paano i-test yung PIC mcu.

:D he he he.

I highly recommend Microchip Technology Inc. to everyone. Masaya ang mag-work doon. For hobbyiest and enthusiast, you will enjoy your stay, and for sure, marami kayong magagawa at matututunan.

Nagkataon kasi na may offer sa akin na medyo mas challenging na work, pero mas may advantage na position in the semicon industry. Although it is quite difficult decision,  I decided to take the offer of the other company in exchange of my good life in Microchip. So my story at MTI Advanced Test Development Corp ends here.

They have postings in JobsDB and Jobstreet. Feel free to look for MTI Advanced Test Development, Corp. :)

I'm not authorized to answer, but bigay ko na lng opinion ko ha. At syempre, di naman pwede pagsamahin yung sales department at yung test dev in one company name, di ba? It has something to do with legal issues. :) But I assure you, hindi talaga sila subcon. I guarante enjoy ang work sa company na ito. :) Sorry ha, di ko maipaliwanag ng malinaw, di kasi ako executive doon. he he. Simpleng manggagawa lng ako dati doon. :)

Just kidding. :)

Anyways, there are things that you need to consider, not only the cash. Kahit naman bayaran ka ng P50,000.00 a day kung tagatulak naman ng barko ang trabaho, that is not a good deal, di ba?... :)  There are lots of things you need to think before  you leave your job and before accepting an offer. Let me share this site. http://www.siliconfareast.com/leavejob.htm. You may wish to read it before doing anything else. :)

Just remember that there are farms that looks greener when looking at it from your own farm.

May nabalitaan ako, starting nya is 18K, that is a semicon industry. Ung ibang company, nagbibigay sila ng additional points kapag yung NCG (new college graduate) ay honor student, board topnotcher or may magandang scholastic record. May iba naman, wala. :D Depende sa company.

Ako kasi, nung unang sabak ko, talagang walang wala akong pera, kaya kahit mababa, tinanggap ko! :D Anyways, nung fresh grad ako, wala naman ako manenegotiate, di ba?...:) but as we gain experience and show to them our strength, pwede na rin tayo makipagnegotiate for an increase. Here are few tips on how to negotiate for a salary if you are an applicant: http://www.siliconfareast.com/nego_salary.htm . Heto naman para sa salary increase: http://www.siliconfareast.com/raise.htm. Hope it helps. :)

if you are planning to apply in a semicon company, http://www.siliconfareast.com  is a nice reference. :)
