baka po transformer ang need nyo hindi buck. pero basically, ung Pin=Pout-Loss... kung liliit ang Vout nyo, dapat po ay lalaki naman ang Iout na kaya nyo ibigay... ung inductor nyo po ang gagawa nun... i design nyo nalang po. simple computations nalang.

ideally, yes.

practically, very hard. 'yung mga generally available components kasi milliamperes na kaagad ang kailangan na current just to operate.
