You can't do that manually. Kailangan mo ng WinSetuoFromUSB program that you have to download. Here's the link:

Key: elab

You need the following:

1. A USB flash disk w/ atleast 1Gb size
2. Windows XP installer on CD.
3. Of course, the program above.

Direction:

1. Extract and install the file you download..



2. Open the applicaton WinSetupFromUSB (follow lang po steps sa image..)



Note: kung sakaling di nyo malocate yung pendrive, you need to format using,
HP format tool...this option is located on same applicaton.



NOW YOU HAVE ALREADY A USB WINDOWS INSTALLER...

Set your BIOS,Boot Sequence as First Boot on USB.

Haven't tried it sa win7 sir. Kindly test it, normally kasi panay winxp ang mga na-install ko eh. Kung magka-time, test ko din.

gawin ko na lang CD-rom partition ang usb drive para autodetect agad ng BIOS

tsaka unerasebale pa :D

maghahanap talga ako ng software na ganito... pinapareinstall kasi ni misis yung netbook nya. actually matagal na, di ko nagagawa! heheh ;D

ok rin yung wintoflash: http://wintoflash.com/home/en/
isang software lang (freeware), isang click lang gagawin nya ng bootable ang flash drive and ita-transfer agad yung CD/DVD/iso installer sa flash drive.
tested ko sa Win7 using ISO file (for virtual drive)

hindi na po kailangan ang ganito sa windows 7

may konting itatype lang sa command prompt tapos kopyahin na sa flash drive yung laman ng dvd

ito yung sinundan kong guide sa 7 link
