Kapag inoopen namin ang firefox lumalabas kaagad ang byteseeker.com tapos nag error ang browser even explorer. Pls help me to fix it! tnx in advnce...

Check mo muna "host" kung ganito lang nakalagay. Link nya ay ganito sa computer mo C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

Open mo "hosts" file view mo sa notepad para macheck muna kung ganito nakalagay. Bago lang yata itong annoying site na ito eh.

it would much more better if you scan your system with hijackthis and paste the log here...

^_^ yeah the culprit must be in the host file, but that wont remove the virus itself=)

Check mo muna yung startup page ng ie mo and firefox. This is usually the first thing that malware changes. Kapag hindi mo mabago, nadisble na siya sa registry or if nabago mo man, after reboot bumabalik, check for unknown programs or processes loaded during bootup/startup.

Install mo yung hijackthis as instructed by gigz.

agree... also may stand alone ang hijackthis kaya no need na ng installer
