medyo nalilito lang ako dito.. can anyone point out the difference between "Cool Daylight" and "Daylight" na CFL .. it is my understanding that daylight is set at 5,600 degrees Kelvin na color temperature, yung Cool daylight ang hindi ako sure.. Cool Daylight is used by Philips Essential na CFLs..

ang tinitignan ko na lang sir 'yung color temperature, kung wala sa label, minsan nasa product info sa ilalim (sa Philips sa ilalim). pero mostly Cool Daylight = 6500K, Warm White = 2700K to 3000K, Cool White = 4000K to 4200K, Daylight = 5600K sa iba, 6500K sa iba.

thanks sa info.. nasa ilalim nga nakalagay yung color temperature he he he he.. Philips Essentials 18W CFL "Cool Daylight" 6500 K..

hanap ako ng 5600 K na CFL .. masyadong bluish itong nabili ko..

dito medyo hirap akong maghanap ng 5600K, halos lahat 2700K at 6500K. sa camera, ginagawa ko na lang adjust ng white balance sa warm side, o kaya sa light blue itatapat 'yung white balance adjust. ;D

best efficacy naman sa paghahanap ko is 'yung GE. 1650 lumens at 24W, 1550 lumens 'yung sa Philips.

yung GE ba na Daylight CFL 6500 K din ? ..

yup 6500K din.

for general use, daylight area, basta mukhang white kaagad tignan. ;D AFAIR, mas marami ring colors na kayang ibigay 'yung 5000K to 6500K na CFL kumpara sa mas madilaw (unlike sa incandescent).

siyempre yung nasa range ng Daylight 5,000 - 6,500 K .. mas mataas ang color temperature, mas bluish ang pagka-white niya..

marami na rin akong nakita na nadidilawan na sa 6500K, siguro nasanay sa 9300K setting ng ibang monitor.

mas maganda pa rin ang Flurescent tubes kasi diffuse light source and they make soft shadows..

mas maganda pa rin ang Flurescent tubes kasi diffuse light source and they make soft shadows..

syempre, mas maganda ang florescent... sa 40W, sure ka na di masisira ang mga mata. kaso, kahit di concern yung power consumption, yung paglalagyan ang sunod na issue.


ang ibig nyo bang sabihin, kahit 24W na na CFL, pweden lower than the daylight pa yung color temperature? Di ko kasi yan pinapansin sa pamimili ko ng CFL.

yung "Warm White" at "Cool White" mas mababa ang Color Temperature compared sa Daylight..

Warm White is Yellowish..  tapos "Cool White" naman is greenish kung ikumpara natin sa another CFL na Daylight..

nilagyan ko naman ng tracing paper ang lamp ko. :D
cfl din.

naisip ko ito nung pinipicture ko ang ID ko. wala kasi akong scanner.
di naman pwedeng gumamit ng flash kasi malapitan na (macro).
