problem with my laptop... need help po..

recent problem ko po with my laptop:

1) nawala folder options.. diko tuloy makita hidden files
2) disabled ang task manager khit nasa administrator account naman ako naka-log
3) ayaw mawala ng New Folder sa D:/  kahit ilang ulit kong burahin (hindi naman po ito file 
    folder, application ang nakalagay sa properties, 327kB)
4) AVG Free gamit ko, after full scan walang namang nadedetect..
    during start-up may nadedetect na threat (autorun.ini).. nareremove naman kaya lang pag
    nagopen ulit ako ng laptop andun na naman,paulit ulit lang.. diba dapat once na maremove
    na, wala nang madedetect the next time i open my pc?

is there a problem with AVG? o system na po may problema?

i need expert advice po.. kakareformat lang po kc ng laptop early this january..sayang naman kung masisira ulit.. pls. pls.

Mas mabuti pa e-reformat mo nalang yan boss.. Although my chance na matanggal yung virus, malaki pa ring chance na may matira pang pinsala sa system mo. Better to reformat. But first back up your files to another partition.You could use puppy linux. This program lets you back up your files or even burn cd's without booting to windows, http://www.desktoplinux.com/articles/AT6545156120.html .Its ok to use free anti-virus as long as i-update mo regularly. Ok na yung AVG free. But huwag mag rely mostly sa antivirus. Huwag mag install ng kung ano ano. Disable mo autorun sa usb. You could use winrar to open files on a usb to see hidden files as well as avoid autorun.inf to run automatically. Hope this helps..   ;D

Meron ako dito manual removal guide galing net di ko masubukan kasi sala na sya ng AVIRA free saka MBAM na gamit ko. Recommended daw dito yung spyhunter.

Pero pwede yata dito gamitin yung CD boot cd ng Avira kasi before ito sa safe mode, kung sa safe mode pa lang running na yung newfolder.exe. Pero kung data kailangan mo, back up muna.

Isa pang way na nakikita ko is slave scan the disk pero syempre tatanggalin mo yung HD sa laptop. Another hassle.

eset gamitn mo mas mabilis mas maganda tanggal lahat yan virus na yan. if meron ka usb pwedi mo yan gawin storage ng back o.s. mo then sa bios iset mo sa usb ang first boot then scan mona ung drive ng laptop mo. pero dapat yung scanner mo ay updated, at iwrite protect mo yung flashdrive

^^tma si malski, naexperience ko na toh, kahit maquarantine at delete mo ung virus, meron p ring chances na ibng files n

infected. last option ang reformating, pero mas reliable solution toh.

para iwas virus, use a good antivrus and if posible updated din, gya ng sabi ni sir Sonjah. redisable ang autorun ng USB

flashdrives, scan your Flashdrives before using it.

you not need to reformant it kaagad try to go to the save mode den use an antivirus nanagscan using command dos it use full i try it already at bumilis pa ang pc

Hanapan nyo na lang muna ng solusyon sa net, mas maganda yung manual disinfection para at least natututo rin kayang mag-alis saka yung nature ng virus nalalaman ninyo.

Or pwede kayo gumamit ng hijackthis then post dito, maraming master dito pwedeng tumulong yun nga lang, karaniwang busy.

Try sa safemode or gumamit ng AV on DOS boot environment with latest scan definition. Avast , avira, eset meron yata if sa safe mode eh running na yung infection. But before that backup na muna.

Meron pa namang ibang way. Kung laging reformat solusyon baka paglagay mo nung backup mo eh ma-infect uli then the cycle goes on and on. Hanggang masira ng wala pa sa tamang oras ang HD ninyo.

run Knob killer, tpos install ka ng ESET anti virus madami sa net with fix up to 50 years wag smart essential kasi hindi maka tanggal ng virus un nadedetect lang.

^Ayon po sa nabasa ko wala daw po eh.

@TS wag ka po gagamit ng AVG di maganda mahina sa viruses much better po gamit ka ng Avira free edition mas malakas or ESET. install ka din ng windows defender.
