San mo gagamitin sis.?kung purely PCB di na need yun.

Practice lang need mo buy ka na lang ng drill. Check e-gizmo

hehe thankz po.. hndi po tlga ako ung gagamit, ung klasmeyt ko po, kealang need po kc nming palitan ung drill press na nasira nmin  sa kanya, ung katulad po sa deeco, ung drill po na may stand pang press.. wala na daw po kcng gnun eh.. may alam po ba ikaw?? kung san nakakabili ng gnun? sana po meron.. tnx2 po

ganun ba. Why need to buy for a replacement e alam na naman nya madaling masira. Yayain nyo na lang mag outing libre nyo baka things will get settled. Check mo na lang Deeco Cubao or Alabang if that is your intentions

hehehe oonga po eh, tama po kayo, kainis na nga eh, apurado pa actually hndi po tlga sira un, ngana pa po ung drill, ung pinkabase lang ung sira kasi puro butas na ng drill bit ung ilalim, tabingi na din kc.. weh kung ok lng nga po sa knya na ganun n lng eh, matagal na namin pong gnawa, libre lhat hehehe.. kaso mukang hndi tlga.. cge po madaming salamat.. ccheck ko na lng din po.. sana meron pa.. pro kung may alam pa po kayo na may gnun, khit hndi po gnun ang itsura, basta mura hehe, blitaan nyo na lng po ako.. salamat :)

Makapal ata ang PCP nayan??

Drill press ang ginagamit sa pagdrill ng backpanel.

BTW, gumagamit ako ng Drill Press to drill PCB lalo na kapag FR4 material at maraming butas and especially kapag double sided. medyo matrabaho magbutas ng FR4 kung 'yung mga maliliit na hand drill ang gamit. eto ang reason kaya 'yung mga drill bit ko sa bahay is mostly HSS with 1/8" shank. pwede sa drill press, pwede rin sa hand held high speed rotary tool (like Dremel, pero Black and Decker gamit ko).

mas stable sir pag drill press, iwas makabali ng drill bit

yung gamit ko na drill press para sa PCB 1/3HP @ 3450 RPM yung motor ;D then 5:1 yung pulley 17,250 RPM yung ikot ng 1/4 na chuck maganda yung finish ng butas :)

^ agree. 1/2 HP naman sa bahay. mas mabilis din ang trabaho at mas pulido. at mas pantay pantay din.

iwas putol din ng maninipis na drill bit (less than 1mm)  dahil diretso lang ang labas at pasok.

sa raon, 3500 bili ko ata=) last year pa yun..

malapit lang sa isetann =)

yung sakin mas matanda din sakin ;D nung 2008 lang binili ng tatay ko rockwell ang tatak, tingin ko dating ginamit sa mano manong pcb fab dahil sa punong puno ng pulbos na pcb yung loob ng motor nung kakabili palang nilinis namin, kahit na luma wala pang kakalog kalog ito mas mabigat din sakin ito ;D ;D ;D

You can get this cheap sa makro. Nasa 2k+ din nung nakita ko promo nila na handouts.

Sa drill bits though.. Wala ako makita available sa pinas out of carbide ung maliliit like 0.3mm. Puro HSS lang which IMO is not so good as it tends to break every now and then. But in contrast its dirt cheap.


Trivia:
As a rule thumb as a machinist

The smaller your bit is, the higher you need to raise your RPM.
The bigger your bit is, the lower you need to slow down your RPM speed.

By doing so, you will save money in spending for new bits.
This is why a good drill press must have at least 3 variable speeds.
