Special Section for Electrical Engineers
« on: April 01, 2008, 07:10:39 PM »
I wish for this night-time to last for a lifetime
The darkness around me
Shores of a solar sea
Oh how I wish to go down with the sun
Sleeping
Weeping
With you

I walk alone
Every step I take
I walk alone
My winter storm
Holding me awake
It’s never gone

I fear that soon you'll reveal
Your dangerous mind
As your true colours show
A dangerous sign

OO nman. MCUs are also used in special circuit cards most specially the 8051 ( at lest in all power plants that I worked -  6 of them)  ;)

Marami:
1. Hindi ako Doktor -  isa akong nurse    :D ;D(obviously ginogoyo mo ako - its OK for fun :D )
Are all of you here aware that we have our own gas field now capable of delivering 3000MW? Yes we have in Palawan - Shell Spex - commissioned during Erap's time. It supplies gas to 1500MW Sta. Rita CC Plant (First Gas Phil & Siemens , I used to work there) and to another 1500MW in Pinamucan - both of them are in Batangas City. Ating gas na yun - bumaba ba? I heard from former colleagues who are working now in Spex that they are expanding---hmmmm, let' s see.
3. The coal fired plants are already sold ( 600MW Calaca Coal Fired Thermal Plant - I used to work there too , and the one near the central Luzon area) - don't expect na bababa ang presyo kasi luma na yang mga plantang yan - kailangang palitan ng piyesa nung bagong may ari para malaki ang generation - malaki rin ang kita and they got no choice but to do it because they have a PPA obligation.
4. PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) - in general, is always giving more favor to the business owner than to the government. It's true everywhere - even here in Vietnam.
5. But somehow, giving them to private sector helps in the moral recovery.
6. Isama mo ako sa consumer , OK?  :D ;D. Whew!, this topic gave me  a little depression.
...cannot say much

Thanks Uncle Ho...

baka di 'to efficient saka baka not enough yung converted electrical enery
para mapalitan ang existing power plants..  ??? ::)

i think mas the best na ang bawat bahay ay may kanya-kanyang sariling power source...meaning sariling generator...

hindi po gas generator kundi electric generator na puedeng patakbuhin ng battery then i-cha-charge afterwards ang battery thru other means.

puede ring magsimula sa solar/wind-battery-inverter setup then from that point maaring ma-improve or mapalitan ung solar/wind source ng ibang power source...
