Got it! No problem with ckt, I play many times with 555 and other flip flops but the max freq can't reach that much. May mga delay din kasi yung other component. I play with many different type of push-pull ckt dahil gamit ko sa mga homemade inverter unit na ibinebenta namin including pure sine wave inverter. Maybe with my new project I will use pwm IC, marami din kasi akong stocks nito.

By the way, I need AC output.

Ano palang gamit mong oscilloscope?

thanks.

We can use soundcard to measure and play with low freq generator.

If ever na 22khz yung circuit (not good for soundcard), that is okay with my requirements, so far not loosing time to contruct the ckt that don't met my needs.

Anyway, maraming other ic na may dual output combination like KA3525, upc494 ect, they are in khz range already. I tried to wind hv coil last night from an old trafo of pc psu and it looks working but the problem is the insulation, it leaked and dead after about 10mins.

added in copier info, Separation process is also giving an output of AC corona.

Gusto ko lang linawin mga kaibigan na I have no objection sa ability ng 555, alam ko na it can go more than khz range and even more to mhz. Yun lang sa mga following component ang question ko, capable ba sya to run in khz bka yung mga ginamit ko kasi dating pyesa which I have on my stuffs ay not supporting that range. So, kung yung pin3 & 6 ng logic AND gate ay makakapag produce ng 22khz from 555 source, its perfect from my demand!

Thanks in advance for any info.... Running out of time for some other work...

sir sa 22kHz operating frequency (about 44kHz sa flipflop input), you need not worry about the propagation delays. As per datasheets, max propagation delay for LS107 is 20ns and minimum guaranteed  max clock freq is 30MHz. For the LS08, max propagation delay is 18ns. with the TS's circuit, just set-up the 555 to provide 44kHz output to have 22kHz push-pull drive signals.

kaya nga sir we have to rely sa computations na nasa datasheet ng IC

Mga kaibigan, kung meron naman sana kayong parts at ready circuit nito with your hands, just help me to find out the reason.

Theory will lead to a very lengthy discusion for a very simple ckt but in the end may be not proven right.

As I said mga friend, what I am trying to say nicely is I tried it in real test but the maximum freq I got from 555 is only 7khz with all possible combinations. The output of FF is lowered to half which is already expected. The strange thing is that, kung gusto kong pataasan ang output sa FF, I need to lower the output of 555 that looks na naoover drive ang FF input (CD4013 I have).

For the AM Tx, I don't know how you configured your design, maybe the 555 output stimulate other ckt that increase the freq like any other Tx ckt using frequency multipier. Are you familiar with radio using crystals? The crystal does not represent always the carrier, they play the role for local oscillation but the main carrier varies due to some other ckt. I have these Rx & Tx radio having 72Mhz crystal but the working communication is tuned to 800Mhz. So the local osc multiplied by other ckt....

Can anyone link me to any site using the same 555 design that has an output of the said 22khz frequency... I'm not arguing that this circuit is not working to that range but what I want is to use the same ckt because I have already in my hands and it is very great for me if it is working on 22khz at least I save money buying other parts.

I still considered many possibilities; my parts qualities is not good, instrument to measure the output is not good, mistakes on my ckt  etc...

thanks....

salamat sis,... don't worry not a big deal with the ckt.

Thanks to all...
