Edge Trigger
« on: April 03, 2008, 11:26:05 AM »
.. nakakalito mag-model ng PWM circuit..  :'( ...hays..  :'(

question:

sa mga digital/logic circuits (like flip-flops and counters),
alin ang mas ginagamit na trigger type : Leading-Edge o Trailing-Edge ???
anong pinag-kaiba saka mga advantages/disadvantages nilang dalawa ?  ???

para sa akin, depende sa paggagamitan...

like sa PWM circuit, kailangan mag trigger on ka sa Leading Edge then force off sa Trailing Edge...

combination of both ginagamit din sa Pulse Triggered Flip-Flop (Master-Slave)...

ano kaya ang default nito ?  ???

ah PWM IC mismo...

eto yung PWM implementation ko dati derived from block diagram of UC3717A stepper motor driver...

its in the datasheet, kung minsan leading (going up ) o trailing (going down) edge nang pulse ang triggering nong input.

it usally triggers at 2V level.
It's difficult to see the picture when you're inside the frame.
