I prefer Electric Car kasi zero emission (of course, no pollution).  Sa ngayon, ipa-plug mo lang sa wall outlet mo para i-charge ung battery but in the future makakagawa na rin ng self-charge (thru solar cell, etc).  Wala na ring oil change at oil leak.

Anyone interested?

Ganun din yun eh! We're burning coal to produce electricity. If we we optimize geothermal pwede pa.

As for Prius, hybrid electric sya, pero meron syang parallel drive train, it means that, both the motor and gas engine drives the tranny depends on the speed, power requirement etc.
But still it's a hybrid with different concept as diesel hybrid.

right, pero gaya nga ng sabi ko baka sa future makagawa na ng self-charging concept na hindi mo na kailangang i-plug sa wall outlet to charge the battery...it will self-charge as you run the car...without using gas anymore :)

as of now Solar power lang ang may capability nito, because everything else will be an added load to the battery...

marami ng studies about batteries, and certainly Hybrid and Electric Powered vehicles will not make your transportation cheaper...

ok ang Electric Vehicles kung ang main source ay renewable energy, otherwise same production pa rin ng pollution, although mas madaling i-contain dahil sa isang lugar na lang, sa power plant...
