Where to buy low cost Permanent magnet generator for simple wind turbine

I would like to know where to buy Permanent magnet generator or the like (yung mababa lang na presyo) needed parts and materials for simple wind turbine for my home,  just for DIY/hobbies.   Dami sa internet , pero international naman and cost will be so high.

Gaano ba kalaki ang kailangan mo? Kung experiment lang, yung motor ng mga lumang  wiper ng jeep , permanent magnet motor yun. If you drive it back, it generates emf and at certain speed you may get 12V at the terminal - commutated na yun because of the carbon brush. Try mo i couple sa electric fan to test.
