yes... moving yan.
same mechanism nung scanner ang ginamit ko. pinalitan ko lang ng control.

pero di ko pa matapos kasi wala pa akong LCD. preset lang siguro muna sa ngayon. :)

di ko pa alam sa ngayon kasi nga itinigil ko yung paggawa. trabaho mode.

pero sa tanong mong yan, ang sagot ko sa ngayon, WALA! hehehe ;D

makakatipid ng UV leds kasi hahayaan kong maexpose ang buong PCB ng konting LEDs lang (48 LEDs lang ang ginamit ko). and besides, dapat pareho lang nung steady LEDs ang effect kasi eexpose ko lang naman. Ginamit ko lang yung moving part ng old scanner kasi sayang naman. I even used the connectors and other stuff with it.

Gagamitin ko na din as parameter yung "number of passes" nung UV LEDs as my measurement of exposure. bale, di na yung number of minutes.

kapag may time uli, babalikan ko yan. busy nanaman sa trabaho. anyway, sa software nalang ako magbabago depende sa makukuha kong result sa experiment ko ng "number of passes" nung LEDs.

Pero ang pinakarason ko sa paggamit ng  scanner ay,  kasi di ako magaling sa wood work. heheh ;D gumawa na ako gamit ng UV florescent lamp. ang pangit. at tsaka, meron lang naman akong sirang old scanner.

Sa picture, naka 50% DC palang yung LEDs. nakakabit kasi yan sa CCP module nung PIC16F628a. Most ng PINs ng MCU ay para sa LCD at controls.

yes sis, yan na nga. sinave ko yan especially yung driver at mapaglaruan ang high voltage. try ko kung makuryente ako. hehehe ;D

nagtest din ako using nung CFL. nakailang pass na ako, di nagreact sa developer yung presensitized. so failed..
kaya, inalis ko nalang yung assembly ng mga mirrors at dun ko nilagay ang LED.

gawa ka na din. hanap ka sa mga surplus shops. SOS shop siguro, makakakuha ka nyan.
tamang tama yang 50 pcs mo. 48 lang yung ginamit ko dyan. hopefully sufficient na yan pagtest ko. pero im sure ok na din yan. bagalan ko lang ang paggalaw.

ang ganda naman nyang project mo master,  gumawa ako ng timer muna using 16F628A pero bkt ayaw gumana lcd siguro iba config dun sa 16F84 nasa diagram, ala na kasi mabili ngayon ng 16F84 eh, baka pwede naman paki program po nyo ako for 16F628A di pa ako marunong ASM alam ko lang ready HEX file to icprog, thanks po.
