Parang mas ok kung before. Para any adjustment sa volume ay same effect across low/mid/high kung after kasi magtitimpla ka pa para balanse although mukhang me advantage din kung gusto mo latuin levels ng mga yun

my take, before and after..
1. the volume control before the cross-over circuit acts as a "master" gain control. useful for level matching your mixer and cross-over.
2. after cross-over volume controls allows you to equalize your lo-mid-hi levels. 

most, if not all, commercially available cross-over units in the market have these pre/post level controls.

The original PCB print does not match to the available commercial RCA jack so, you have to redesign the PCB para sa terminal ng RCA, otherwise you will use shielded wire to connect to your RCA which may introduce hum.

Also, careful in deciding the Crossover Point..it may not match to your driver at magkaroon ng hole sa spectrum of frequency..baka instead na mapaganda ang system, pumangit pa..try to establish first the specs of your Low, Mid and High drivers range,then select the Xoverpoint.
