Tnx uli! At last na testing
I temporary used 2 pairs muna for testing at binabad ko na ng mahigit
3hrs na tumutunog with 12"/200W woofer, ok naman lahat no trouble found.

HeatSink 4.5 x 12 inches

Positioning power output Tr

Actual testing, temporarily with just 2pairs of power Tr.

4 pieces of 1N4007 in series to form a Thermal Sensor installed at the center part of H.Z.

With my diy tone control.

wow! very nice yung diy mo sis.

Bali ang setting ko now is >>> CD player > tone control with mic & echo na may mid-range > then yung cute na tone control tapos Leach amp.

Ang aga ko nga dun as early as 7:30am nung Tuesday, after 8:30 pala sila nagbubukas  ;D .

Complete assembly na. Ran the whole day today, not found any abnormalities, very worth to build  ;) .

Bottom view with my diskarte sa thermal sensor.

Complete Ass'y.

Wala akong dummy load na heavy to test and say na kaya ng heatsink pero sa load kong 200W/12"/8Ω with two mid range & 1 tweeter, tenesting kong paandarin maghapon kanina, sa observation ko di man lang nilagnat yung heatsink...

Idle current, wala akong dig ammeter to measure DC current pero I'm sure very normal ito kasi sinubukan kong i run ng matagal ng walang input signal at di rin man lang nilandang yung power trannies. My base bias voltage setting on power Tr's without input signal & load is about 0.45VDC. Almost identical for both NPN/PNP with respect to output terminal. I can reduce some more without hearing any distortion at the speaker during very low level setting of volume control but I keep it as 0.45VDC because I know thermal servo circuit will take care of it in case of gradual changes of temperature. My VR adjustment almost below 1/3 part of the entire adjustment (clockwise). Center voltage is almost identical with just about 3~4mV potential difference.

Di maganda yung manipis at sobrang makintab.
