Two jobs in different companies here in Philippines?

meron na bang nakagawa ng ganito?

pwede kaya yung mag-apply ka sa ibang company, tapos pag di kayo nagkasundo sa salary, you'll propose to do part-time work sa kanila for Saturday and Sunday?

I am just curious, kung meron ng naging ganitong setup dito sa pinas...

yes. on a consulting basis. as long as there are no conflict of interest between the two companies.

you might want to check your contract or nda regarding this.

yup, pwedeng-pwede 'yan sis basta walang conflict sa kontrata. ;D ;D ;D

pero marami diyan 'di na lang pinapaalam doon sa main na pinapasukan. mas maganda kung alam din nung pinapasukan mo talaga ng full time.

meron akong nakilala dati na pumapasok sa isang PLC company tapos nagse-service nung out of warranty products nila. ayos 'di ba. ;D

alam ko 'yun din naging engineer dati ng boss ko, sa Emerson/Astec pumapasok ng full time.

nga pala, you have to divulge this info to your full-time employer. this is usually stated in a conflict-of-interest contract.

'di ko naabutan 'yun sis. pero ang setup ata nila dati, umaga sa Astec, tapos gabi ata siya nasa opisina. depende na rin siguro 'yun sa part time employer.

magkalayo ba 'yang balak mong puntahan sis? halos parehas ba ng linya ng negosyo?

Yes sir, infact i'm on that type of job setup. I'm the network/technical support reporting 2 times a week here in a singapore based PCB Design company located in alabang and at the same time doing consulting work in the first wafer probe manufacturer in the philippines located in Batino , Laguna...

Grabe lagare na at may cellphone shop pa in a mall na pinatatakbo....nakakapagod pero ok lang dahil HINDI KA TALI SA ISANG COMPANY.....
