sabi ng may ari 110V daw ung unit pero na saksak sa anak nya sa 220V outlet.
nakita ko sunog at busted yung ceramic cap. see attached pics

ito ung connection nya mga sis from ac line to fuse parallel w/ mylar na .22, 125v at yung na busted na ceramic. baka may alam kayo dito sa value...pls help....

yap remove mo gagana na yan, pero sa susunod pag dimo replace yan marami na masisira.. varistor yan overload protection

pag yan lng pera na gad.hehehe.. karamihan yan lng sira pagnasaksak sa 220v.. tangalin mo din saksak mo ulit..boom...hehehe
check mo rin iba parts sa psu.. alam mo naman kung saan ka magsukat kung may shorted pa aroud psu diba?? kung hindi sa main cap,discharge then test dapat wala reverse..

Varistor is for overvoltage protection, common sa mga 110 volts appliances.

when voltage exceeds the voltage rating of that varistor the varistor starts to conduct(parang untiunti nyang ishoshort ang dalawang AC line developing a high current and of course will burn the fuse.

palitan mo nalang mylar sir.

sana nga yun lng ang sira. ang astig ng fuse hindi na babusted! cguro naka pasok yung current patungong regulator. 2morrow ko na gawin to sis, facebook muna.heheheh

Mostly di maapektohan ang components after ng varistor sir, kaya lang di nakaputok ang fuse, check mo kung nag-open na ang varistor.
kung open na sya then dilikado nakapasok ang highvoltage sa reg.

anyway, kung nakapasok nga at sira na reg wala ka na magagawa kundi palitan ang reg.
