Hindi na required ng PRC yung cpe points para s ECE a... nakapag renew na ako ng license (x3) without it. Pero di ko alam kung binalik ulit ng PRC ang ruling na iyon.
Dati, lagi akong naghahabol ng seminars para maka earn ng points, and you know what in the end di na rin ito ni-require.
I don't know for other fields.
But personally, I still attend seminars and trainings without even thinking that I just need to earn points - nawawala ang essence ng continuous learning e.
For you ECE graduates and future graduate to come, Learning doesn't stop when you graduate. This is where it should begin. Sooner when you get employed, you'll be forced to learn new things outside the box.... ironically, it has to be by yourself.
