Author Topic: IECEP compulsary na ba talaga mag-pa member paramakapag-renew ng PRC ID?!! (Read 3002 times)

Last week nag-parenew ako ng PRC license as Electronics Engineer pero nung isusubmit ko na sa Window 16, they told me that I have to secure and pay for IECEP membership bago nila i-process yung renewal ng license ko..

May booth ang IECEP sa gilid ng PRC and you have to pay a whooping P1,300 for 3yrs membership! which is 3x more than PRC ID fee.

Any idea guys kung bakit naging compulsary ang IECEP membership? And IMHO parang ala namang wenta ang maging member ng IECEP.

dahil sa IRR ng NEW ECE LAW kaya kelangan member ka na ng APO like IECEP.

P350/year lang ang membership sa IECEP. so P1,050 lang dapat yung 3 years na membership fee, para mabigyan ka ng cert. of good standing..

actually, kahit anong Professional License kailangan member ka nung Organization to maintain the license. kahit sa lumang batas ganun na rin, mas strict lang implementation ngayon.

kung properly implemented maganda sana talaga 'yun. though, sa atin, I share the same sentiments.

3 years na rin pala akong 'di nakaka-renew.

Required po di ba maka-60 cpe points para makapag renew ng license, what if po if working abroad, umuwi lang sa Philippines para magrenew?Paano po yun system ng ganun? Hehe. Thanks po.

Kawawa naman mga minimum wage earner natin mga co-ECEs tsk tsk. Sana lang according na lang sa kinikita ng isang licensed ECE ang binabayad para naman mas affordable sa lahat. Mas worth pang i-renew ang CCNA kaysa sa ECE license na yan

^ with IEEE membership, ginagawa 'yan. malaki ang discount with Engineers earning below a certain threshold, even without proof of income.

ako hindi pa rin member ng IECEP ever since nakuha ko yung license ko.. di rin makapag-renew because di pa member ng IECEP and Zero CPE Points

Masyado ng pineperahan ang mga members ng IECEP. Maraming ECEs ngayon ang nahihirapang makahanap ng work at kinakailangan pang makisawsaw sa ibang field para lang magkawork. Salamat na lang kahit papaano flexible ang ECE sa anumang trabaho. Yung pera sanang kinocollect nila ay gamitin para naman sa kapakanan ng mga members hindi para lang sa pagpapasarap ng mga officials

wah... confirmed 1300 nga ang babayaran sa iecep... excessive fee ata ito ah...

kun sa bagay ok lang din kapalit ng 6K na PF additional sa sahod per month...
