Let me guess. ICM7555 = LM555 timer.

Looks like a heart monitor. Basically a battery operated ECG or EKG amplifier. LA = left arm, RA = right arm, RL = right leg. All limb leads.

Just google for ECG or EKG (electrocardiogram) circuits. Maybe heart monitor, etc...

Walang 1 to 1 replacement sa lahat. I suggest you look for another circuit. Marami namang ganung circuits sa Google. Collect enough circuits and you will recognize the similarities among them. Be smart.
