hindi. yung wattage ng inverter mo means yun ang absolute maximum na kayang ihandle na wattage. anything beyond that, most probably masisira na yung inverter mo. The best is to only use about 80% of the ratings ng inverter. So kung yung inverter mo is 300 watts kaya, mas ok kung yung load mo is about (300 x 0.8 = 240watts) or below.
