LG color tv no AV

Mga master tulong po,,meron akung ni repair na lg tv 14 inc..  ok po ung sa tuner kasu av wla po signal na papasok. Ung IC na gamit d2 LG8838-04D,  tapus ung chroma TB1238BN.  Possible po ba na eto ung sira, o d lang po nag work at may iba pang dahilan?  Sana meron pong nka encounter ng ganito...pls help.    TIA

sis ask ko lang .. naka isolate ba av nyan? hindi ba sa heater kumuha ng supply? check mo muna vcc.. baka absent..

meron kc LG na naka isolate ung grounding nya sa chassis.. and ung iba sa heater kumuha ng supply.. then daan ng transformer..

di pa naten masasabi sis.. jungle yn db? silipin nyo likod ng board kung naka bukod ung ground ng av sa chassis ground.. if naka bukod.. aun check nyo vcc..

enriz622,,,,,update ko po kau bukas nasa offc aku ngayon  nasa bahay po ung unit sis...ung nabasa ko po dun sa front ng case platinum medyo gray ung kulay nitong unit.

enriz622,,,,ito po ung model na nkaprint po sa likoran ng case model CP-14K41G,,

So mga master confirm ko lng pwedi ko ba itong palitan ng eeprom na bago o reflash nlang.
