May dalawang nagpapahanap sa akin for freelance jobs,

One is yung sa company namin, they need someone to design a FW for factory use, bale ang gagawin ng FW eh magoautomate ng control ng power supply, e.g. startup sequence then susukatin yung delay at slew rate, measure ng fan speed at temperature, possible interface nya sa PC is RS485 or CAN.

yung isa naman eh RF mesh network/system within a building 3x2.5 inch size and for 200mtrs range(of course pwede gumamit ng repeaters) nakalimutan ko itanong application.

I have an experience in CAN and had made a CAN-based commercial project doing OBD2 in-car diagnostics.
May RF experience rin ako, Nordic and Bluetooth (CSR chipset) that I believe fits for the "mesh" application.

What is their timeline? Baka next month pa ako ma-free.
Magkano kaya ang rate nito? Ballpark figure?

sa rf naman prof ko dati ang naghahanap ng freelancer, kailangan din ng company nila.

regarding sa price and timeline, mas maganda siguro sir kung makakausap nyo sila ng directly. technical details lang nalaman ko eh.

Bale the units being burned-in are the power supplies?

The specs sounded like for a project I did years ago. It was for a company making analog devices. Alam mo na ang analog, pwede maraming voltage rails. The power supplies to the devices under test have to be powered ON in the right sequence to avoid damage. Before the next power supply is powered ON, the voltage of the current power supply has to be stable. Temperature, and fan speed to the oven had to be controlled, monitored and correctly sequenced. Duration of the test also had to be monitored. Some devices were burned-in for weeks and so pwede mag brown-out or mag fail ang devices during the burn-in. However, you don't want to throw away the burn-in but simply resume after brown-out.

The FW guys should explain why mahirap. Baka ang platform is not suitable for this project. Baka naman pangit ang hardware and so mahirap i-code ang firmware. Bad hardware design can make life hard for the firmware engineer. Otherwise, any FW group member that can't handle this project should resign like what JP did. If they find an outsourced guy that will be successful, that will be the end of the firmware group. Malamang may mag sabotahe huwag lang gumana.
