here it goes. kung gusto nyo gumawa nang DIY presensitized board here it is. i'm done with this shit. it works pero matrabaho sobra. mas ok kung mass pro. Red potasium dichromate is when mixed with gelatin. water soluble ito. but then exposed to light di na nagiging soluble. (negative). di ko muna i popost one by one how the process works. i mean pictures. (kawawa naman aq.... lugi negosyo).

materials
1. Gelatin (gum arabic) - 5 part
2. Red Potasium dichromate (K2 Cr2 O7) - 1 part (itago sa foil then opaque bottle) chromic acid kung gusto nyo nang positive (mas toxic)
3. Pure distilled watter - 100 parts
4. black dye (jobos works)

this mixture last only for 1-2 days!

equipment
1. hand drill with jig (para sa spin coat) yung ginagamit sa scrabol.
2. electric stove with pwm controller (dryer)
3. Syringe.
4. Light room (room ko with big illustration boards and velcro.)
5. safe light (red leds na madami will do) sensitive kasi mata natin sa red. thus we feel it brighter.

DON'T mix the two first..
1. mix gelatin with water (50 part)
2. water (50 part) and red potasium dichromate.
3. NOW mix the two...
4. spin coat then air dry for 10 minutes (watch for air turbulence, kapag may dust it's ruined!)
5. while spinning open the electric stove. to further harden.

expose and try with test strip as usual to get the right timing.

develop.

1. warm the distiled water. (maligamgam 37c)
2. wash until image appears.

enjoy!  ;D
