dagdag ko lang converting VA to wattage in actual , you need a power factor to get its true power/wattage
in transformer side the safe power factor is 60%-75%, if mas effecient/higher quality/good implementation yung trafo you can get above 75%, since trasformer is inductor not a pure RESISTIVE load

lets take 70% power factor as example

is your transformer rated at 300VA
P(watt)= 300VA X .7
P(watt)= 210watts
