I bought the DVD recorder from Saudi Arabia in July 2009, It was OK while still in Riyadh. It was used by my daughter last September 2010, She was able to burn 1 DVD from my Sony HandyCam. The following Morning
it was only showing Scrolling HELLO on the front panel display, what would be the problem? anybody has this DVD before? pls help.

your unit has a firmware problem.. bring that one to the nearest Sony AUTHORIZED Service center.

how about setting..,wala po kaya nabago..kung wala naman..,just follow
suggestion of sis gudo....

base sa service manual
possible na power supply, xtal, and ic
better to bring sa service center
para ma repair ng maayos.
