ang init dito, update ko lang kayo, yesterday, october 26, 2009, mapua institute of technology or mit ay dinalaw ng mga accreditors of abet. ung abet is parang pacucuoa pero ang abet is a U.S. organization and based sa narinig ko, if ang school mo ay accredited by abet, kalevel mo na ung mga US graduates specially ung mga katumbas nating ee,ece, coe sa states. hope eto na ang chance ng mga mapuan na maging lalong competitive outside the country.
Nice topic here kaya diko mapigil sarili makisawsaw. It's my first post by the way.To answer the question above, all I could say is all Engineering courses are good. If you're trying to say kong ano ang pinaka OK base on the scope of work for each field, ang masasabi ko lng is it's all depends on an individual preferences if what he wants to do, depends on his passion and interest. Each field has their own specialization to show and boast. Eddison for DC, Tesla for AC, Marconi for radio transmission, Galileo for his telescope, Graham bell for telephone, Bill gates for his software, etc. Based on that di mo pwede sabihin na mas OK or mas magaling si Marconi kaysa kay Eddison or whoever because they have their own specialization. But one thing is common, they are all mathematician and scientist.-False :1) The previous premise relates to the achievements not on comparison as it exemplifies professional equivalence.2) Edison was the proponent(pioneering ) of Mass productions which could not be profess by mathematician and scientist therefore that was a job of an engineer-wikipedia. 3) Engineering is good but it requires expertisePero kong ang tanong kong alin sa tatlo ang may mas maraming job opportunities after graduation in Philippines based on reality. Then here is a fisrt hand information galing sa inyong lingkod ayon sa naranasan ko at maaaring hangang sa kasalukuyan. Pinakamaraming job opportunity ay ang EE kasunod ECE, panghuli COE most of their competitors are IT and comsci graduates. Paano ko nasabi yan? Walang mintis yung Manila Bulletin at Sun Star yung nasa Cebu pa ako noon. If you're an ECE or COE tapos living in the provincial cities like me, very slim chance to work as an Engr unlike sa EE you can still practice EE even in municipal level. Ang license ng ECE mgagamit lng for identification purposes only. Mas behind ang COE kasi wala PRC ID but I'm not saying that they are not good. I am talking about Engineeing job here, not a clerical data encoder, or the sosyalera call center agents which are all around the corner, they are big help in our economy though.-False:Non SiquitorI)Job at Provincial/Municipal level? a)Can you distinguish the authority between an RME to an REE having a difference to sign a contract/s?- PEE code b) Or the competitions(project/contract signing?) of both (RME & REE) to a PEE,so how could you earn a living? c) How many times are they going to estimate layout/install electricity to an edifice/bldg or house hold compared to the number of data networks (computer CPE): internet,OpenKiosk, web server/program-were these not required/implemented in almost provinces?d) Just to give an information Com Sci,IT ,CoE are different professions : you will not find out IT buddy studying micro controlling to anticipate MCU-embedding careers and it is a fallacy for a ComSci to study principles of communications with data Networking that CoE folks are inclined to...well observed if EE has to?Or or or..an ECE studying for a best page contents of a website..so tell the IT they have the answere) what a premise , so can we believe that a 5 year course is a just for a sake of an ID-it couldn't be a joke!II)And if you had noticed news papers' job ads ...no comment on that just ask our own selves if we are good enough as an engineers as we claimed to be ,then why take the Call center agents opportunities. If you would ask me, kong ano i-advise ko to younger fellow if they would ask me which course ang kukunin nila. I would say EE.. That's just me.By the way, I like the thinking of the poster above me when he asks, "May ginawa kaba as an Engr para sa ikakaunlad ng Pinas?' Let me think!---That is the ultimate goal and purpose "The difference between school and real life is that in school you will take the lesson first before you will learn, but in real life you will learn first before you will take that as a lesson"--FALSE!it does not follow...School and the real life are different subject here, but rather relating the real life in school as what would happen in the real life of an oncoming profession -acquiring a job.We are pertaining the anticipations of an engineering students how they/he would addressed the learned knowledge to apply problem solutions as what the community needs for it-and yet ENGINEERING IS NOT A TRIAL AND ERROR. -chotix-, ECE Instrumentation Engineer Marine Seismic Data Acquisation
How could they get a PRC license? ---The question was answered with another question. If someone would like to ask a new question, better to create a new thread for that.
