Pioneer Stereo Amp...need your help!

Mga master...ang pinaka conclusion kung bkit mahirap ausin ang nasabi unit is """mahirap hanapan ng orig na pyesa""" tama ba?
 or may makita man same # pero lokal..ang resulta uusok pa din...tama ba ang aking pagkakaintindi?

 Para narin po sa kaalaman nmin mga baguhan.

may point ka din. mahirap talga ang original parts na iyan
pero it doesnt mean na pag orig kinabit mo ay
nde ka na uusukan. trust me, nag work ako sa pioneer
for many many years ive seen all of these, kahit orig usok pa din.
one of our junior techs almost replaced the entire parts (kulang na lang palitan ng buong board)
pero usok pa din, always remember some manufacturer have different kind
of ranking sa parts nila, isa iyan sa dapat consider,
itong ginagawa ng TS ay very basic lang ito ng pioneer.
it is not even dynamic power supply

mga master pa share lang po, nabasa q yong mga post nyo regarding sa Old Pioneer Amplifier. Me tanggap kc aq nyan last year pa, pinabili q ng same na pyesa (2SA1075 & 2SC2525) till now d pa nakbalik. Kaya pala mahirap pala yang hanapin... Sira yong isang channel pero yong isa channel ok pa. Ginagamit ng tatay q ngayon yong ampli (mukhang nagustuhan), pinapa-source-out nya aq ng pyesa... nakita q sa net, 2SA1075 may replaced by 2SA1295 and 2SC2525 may replaced by 2SC3264. My question is, tama ba information na nakuha q and kung me available kaya nito sa Raon... Thanks...

some of them are printed on their schematics
sa parts list or BOM
para sa mga gain yun
minsan naman nde nila nilalagay yun
but once we order the part number
together with the serial number, they already know
what is the rank of the said part.

nde rin porke same models ay same ng ranking ang
ginagamit, because sometimes during the production
they change or modified the design, and change specs too.
but this is most likely sa mga older models lang
i think the newer once are not that bad.
one part fits all unless there is a special note on the service manual.

pag nasa service center ka, you will get all this kind of informations
na wala sa service manuals dahil minsan nilalagay nila ito on a supplement
documents like service informations, service bulletins, service know hows, and tech tips.
and oh yeah, sa training manuals and seminars.

Can fix nd back to its original design if sa pioner service center ka order..un nga lng ok lng po ba na magorder ka sa kanila khit ndi ka lisince
na pioner tech? pwidi po ba un.

there are lots of replacements na pede mo rin makuha sa labas
you dont have to get it from service center.
actually yung iba nga sa online lang nakakauha din naman
merong mga ibang diy audiphiles na nag hahandpick pa ng ganito
wala na kasi talga yung original na parts
but wag ka mawalan ng pag asa, lots of parts sa labas
unless picky ka talga, meron pa naman cguro yung iba.

depende lang siguro sa modelo master tony
mostly sa mga electronics shop ay umaayaw sa pioneer at sansui

times 3 sa mga ordinary ampli na gamit sa mga videoke machine

^1994 ako tumigil ng repairs, pero during those times, ang labor charge namin ay 150 pesos...

although meron din kasing mga pioneer na
nahirapan ako.
to share this one story of mine
i fix this pioneer integrated amp 100wpc
the unit is keeps coming back with in 3 mos.
sometime nagagamit for more than 2 mos
then pag balik sibak ulit lahat ng output.
this happened for 3x na halos iuntog k na ulo ko sa pader.
sa tuwing backjob walang ititirang outputs pati bias circuit
sunog at butas pa ang board.
oh well, lifes sucks that time, nag wagi din naman ako in the end.

matanong ko narin kayo mga master...ano ba ang critical factor sa paghanap ng replacements, halimbawa sa outputs...ako kase ganito lang ang ginagawa ko...

me pagkakaiba sila sa Vebo at yung ibang data's ng mga ito disregard ko na lang hindi ko rin kase gaanong ma-interpret ang mga yun gaya ng saturation point etc..etc..
Alam kong malaking factor din ang design ng circuit pero with regards to topology, basic pa lang ako
