pre-sensitized board sa 1 mils nabura na. effective etch achieved @ 5mils

maski naman yung mga commercial pcb fab house, limitation nila around 6~8mils min line width at spacing which is easily doable sa toner transfer.

Talo lang ang toner transfer kapag straight lines na malapit sa pcb edges, dun nagpuputol putol at namimis-align yung tracks (yung bundery mismo ng pcb area). Kung gumawa kasi ako, pre-cut na yung pcb to the exact board area.

honestly IC tulad nang 555 ic is made this way. lm317, 741 opamp... madami pang iba.
