Altec Lansing M402 Moondance iPod Dock

My iPod dock is acting up on me. When i turned it on yesterday, i hear static and some humming. No music at all from any source (iPod, Aux, FM). i opened it up and fixed cracked solder on tab of the regulator (TPS73701). Humming stopped, it's like on mute even on max volume, no hiss or whatever. Still no music coming out of the speakers from any source. after a few minutes while i was researching, i left it on then i heard static. When i touch a component near the pre-amp on the board i hear my aux source music. if you can suggest anything please post it. :) i haven't slept the whole night for this cause i'm getting frustrated.

how can we test TPA2000D2 and MCP6002I?

Also there are 2 SMT components on the board that generates too much heat. it has 6 pins and marked as JC5R, on the board it says U13 and U15. What are these for?

after some troubleshooting. i found some busted smt resistors and replaced them with through hole counterparts. now i found the major issue in the circuit. it is a universal configurable two input logic gate.

Markings on the SMT: JC5R

Found same pin configuration on these:

I'm wondering if there's a through hole counterpart for this, it only operates on 5V.

Please post your ideas and suggestions.

TIA eLab!
