LCD Monitor distortion after several minutes.

Mga sir, meron kaming lcd monitors na nagiging parang distorted 16 colors after a few minutes (kailangan pa mag-warm up). Ano kaya ang sira nito? Does anyone know of someone who can fix this for us?
