Ahl,
Paki post mo  nung sample ng datasheet having this value. MOSFETS can have high resistance in the insulated region.

It only indicate that it's insulation resistance is greater than 100 megaohms. Sa industrial application ksi importance ang insulation resistance lalo na kung ilalagay mo sya sa mga panel na may mga high voltages na nkaterminate. Ibig sabihin mataas ang insulation resistance nya at safe gamitin.

This insulation resistance data indicates that the internal conductive components like contacts, coil are insulated to its case, to each other and across an open contact are having a minimum of 100Megohm. This will indicate that there is no moisture or shorted component. With this value, your device is having a very good IR since it even exceeds the 25Megohm minimum for a nominal rating of 250V at a 500Vdc test voltage per NETA ATS 2007 Table 100.1
