before the casing,  here is a capture of the earlier prototype performing Automatic Testing on the software,


The 24/7 test of software functionality,  on the ATE, we seen lock up on the software in the 300 and onward cycles,  I need to solved this software lock up.

The development of this project is finished,  I am proud to present to you the DR100W conCEPT working Modular boards :

1.  DR100W_PA  (Power Amplifier)

This power amp can use 3 chipsets,  TDA8920TH with the least power,   TDA8920BTH with medium power and TDA8950TH with hig power.

And finally,  on its case :




even assembly is very crucial, due to GND loop interconnecting the different modules, there are those noise heard on the speaker.  So, the only thing the systeme engineer to do is to ....................................... try the "trial and error" isolating and solving the problem.



The fiber glass casing is not as good as the metal casing,  somehow, the low level signal processing module like the DR100W_EQ needs large grounding, otherwise hum is evident.

But finally, system engineers find a way to add gorunding and solved the issue of humming.

The DR100W conCEPT is nothing without a music Source,  so I added internally a MP3 Player - another module that can be ADD-on value on the systems.   

The bad thing is that,  this MP3 player is noise noturious, digital signal during SD card playback is really annoying to the ear, like our do diy MP3 player.  Thanksd again to the systems engineer who spent day and night just to solved the noise issue, at least minimized the effect of digital noise during playback, it cannot be completely eliminated.


This MP3 player comes with USB and FM radio.

and . . . .  I end here the development.  It is a successful Project using Heart Systems Project Management :  Ladder Systems Product Development,  even in hobby level this tools to manage project can work good.

Ang ganda nung development ng project, but i think limited to engineers ang understanding.
Sana merong ebook din kayong dinivelop, at least pwedeng pag-aralan ng iba. Even to the smallest details.

Wala po Sir,  hindi po mainit ang heatsink ng DR100W_power amp,  warm lang siya, even the chipset is TDA8950TH.  Adding a exhaust fan (not blower) to suck-out the heat generated inside the casing is nice idea, its better than nothing,  pero hindi ito mandatory.   Note, dapat kung maglagay ng exhaust fan dapat noisess siya

nasanay lang ako sa salitang "blower" pero ang tinutukoy ko po ay exhaust fan
sa casing magandang tignan,problema lang sa katagalan magkakaroon ito ng crack dahil sa init na sa unti unti ay naiipun kahit may mga butas,sa mga nag diy nito at gusto nilang mapanatili ang casing ,maganda nga po dito na exhaust fan ay yung bushing type para tahimik.

parang ang trend ngayon ay dapat walang boxfan o blower ang desenyo, problema kasi ang maintenance nito.

pagmay boxfan o blower ang desenyo, dapat may dust filter ang mga ito, at every year itong papalitan depende rin sa accumulation ng dust sa bawat lugar na mapaglalagyan ng device. nakasalalay rin kasi ang tibay at quality ng gamit dito, malaki ang epekto nito sa deterioration ng lifespan ng gamit.

yong ambient temperature natin ang nakikita kung problema dito sa atin, mataas ito kaysa intended ambient temperature ng mga pyesa, kaya airconditioned room nanaman hhayy...
