The book is ok on editing for final released and printing , pero........... ayaw ng ibang company na gagamitin ang IC nila, pangalan, picture, website nila, name ng company nila, etc.... sa libro o technical user manual, oouch!!!  legal liability daw,  o baka royalty.  Anyhow, see other means to publish the soonest.

The DR100W conCEPT is nothing without a music Source,  so I added internally a MP3 Player - another module that can be ADD-on value on the systems.  

The bad thing is that,  this MP3 player is noise noturious, digital signal during SD card playback is really annoying to the ear, like our do diy MP3 player.  Thanksd again to the systems engineer who spent day and night just to solved the noise issue, at least minimized the effect of digital noise during playback, it cannot be completely eliminated.


This MP3 player comes with USB and FM radio.

Hi Sir,  its diy kit available,  running DEMO firmware 2.1.   All hardware are diy kit version and the Power Supply - SMPS is fully assembled and tested.   The only thing we do not have now is the case.

There is one guy who developed the Firmware for commercial version with Remote Control - we can linked to him to get the pre-programmed IC.   He also mentioned that, he can now used Android phone via Bluetooth to control the system, he also customized  name to add on the LCD, 8 characters only.

His last email  asking the team to check his PIC MCU version, just we are dead busy this month to take a look at it.

although i believe the amp is assembled in stereo, i think it is not difficult to configure mono BTL for my purpose

Its only diy Kit version -  all modules, you can see this link   :  http://www.electronicslab.ph/forum/index.php?topic=30065.0     it is the discussion for the Power Amplifier only.   

You may ask  Sir N0thin6  to help you assemble it,  tested it packed it and ship it to you. 

I have not tried the BTL config,  the datasheet specify it as configurable and the load is 8 ohms  (not 4 ohms).   If you need such power more than 100Wrms at 8 ohms load, perhaps, a better choice is to reserved more power with better headroom.     Gusto ko nga din mag experiment sa mga Sub woofer na iyan,  in fact I have seen one solution Class AB rated 300~500W with integrated frequency crossover adjustment - pang sub woofer talaga ang design.   We can talk this  on email or other thread (maybe).

Not really new,  its just a gadget other guys like to incorporate to their power amp.   Its a bit big but you can manually access all the MP3 features kahit na wala na remote,  unlike the do diy MP3,  may memory siya to remember the last song played back, kapag power on mo, balik siya sa doon sa last song, hindi sa beginning.   Some guys purchase this for their customized power Power Amp.  You may contact Sir N0thin6,  I believe he has some samples.

Same thing, the DR100W concEPT do not specify the music source,  and I am considering this as music source gadget.  I just like to mentioned that,  the digital noise when using the media SD card is high and acceptability is subjective based on preference or taste of noise quality.

That speaker is JBL.

i have this system at home its a five decker system, the amp, the equalizer, the tuner, DVD/CD the player, and the HD media player. the advantage in this set-up is i can replace or upgrade just one of them anytime. not expensive to upgrade.

this is just an opinion

Thanks and all credit to those students who are helping us and our fellow technician audio freaks ---  serves as our inspiration to move on and keep moving behind real hectic job,  letting us to see  and remember that, we were once student and audio hobbyist - we were YOUNG ONCE who are craving and hungry for knowledge in electronics with that empty pocket, no credit card, little money to buy what we like, that make us feel envy those rich students / guys.

That is a nice idea which can be expanded.    This can be done.

In this project, it is merely to introduce tools for a successful Project Management in the hobby level, managing hardware, software and how to handle issues  (a little of reliability, Software Automatic Testing and Quality Assurance) ---  targeting BEGINNERs

a)  starter in MCU programming
b)  Audio hobbyist who like to  use MCU in his amplifier

hmm, an experimental project to GEAR up those old and new amplifier controlled by MCU, making our front panel with LCD display and make our Amplifier to be remotely controlled by  IR,  RF, Bluetooth, etc.. Make them automatic turn Off and turn on for specified time,  or make them Touchless Volume control.

It also emphasized TEAMwork,   division of work and specialty and integration of work, well, you know, Team work empower.

It is a diy Learning -- the highest priority over performance.

In my assessment,  your idea is great, we in fact have a simialr idea to make an Audio gadget decoding the present auido technology,  like coax,  optical, etc... (but not to interwork with old technology such as Phono, etc).   I just need "investment", and if I have that,   I can released and open a thread of a Blu ray decoder 7.1 Channel with HDMI Interface  as a project here. ................. provided my family will not complain.   

I have all these development board on stock, sleeping.... since 2011,  just...... as I mentioned above  "I am young once" and my priority is my family to keep in shape, they in fact complaining.    So, I am creating a team to deliver a Project, you may see it in the 5.1 channel Dolby / DTS decoder project.

Sir, ibig ba sabihin na gagamitin mo ang USB port para sa power supply?  Mukhang walang 30W stereo po,  pero mayroon 3W stereo.    May mga Hitachi IC power amplifier na madaling gamitin, +12V, puwede na kaya iyan Sir?
