AC Motor Speed Controller Using Thyristor

May nakagawa na ba nito?. .

Nakagawa na kami ng light dimmer. .parang same man lang ang concept nila ng motor speed controller. .tama po ba?. .

Ito po 'yong circuit ng light dimmer namin. .

Ano kaya ang pwede imodify sa circuit para pwede na makacontrol ng speed ng motor?. .

not necessarily kung AC Induction Motor ang gamit niyo. sa frequency kasi naka-base ang speed nila.

ang pwedeng gamitin para ma-control (emulated) ang AC Induction Motor ng hindi nagbabago ng frequency, 'yung mga Zero Crossing. bale parang PWM, ilang cycles lang naka-on 'yung motor tapos papatayin, though, 'di siya ganung ka-smooth, but it's the simplest way.

Usually pwede na ang phase control sa pag regulate ng speed ng isang costantly loaded motor that is less than 1 hp. Ganyan ang usual means sa pag control ng mga small conveyor belts. The lower voltage will increase the "slip" of the induction motor.

However, mas efficient ang gamit ng inverters to vary the speed by varying the frequency. Uso ngayon sa mga airconditioning units.

Add some filtering ng output to reduce harmonics.

tsong much better na basahin mno yung datasheet ng thyristor na gagamitin mo, thyristors are triggered to turn on..para hindi ka dependent sa circuit na yun..if in case di gumana kaya mong hanapan ng solution.
