pnp input ltp with tail current supplied by ccs bc556, tail current is about 2mA therefore 1mA current flows for each input trannie...

tip41/42 is very slow compared to the output trannies composed of 2sc5200 and 2sa1493....it will work....pero sayang yung quality ng output trannies......

rail is limited by the Vceo rating of the BD139/140......+/-40 volts any higher and you are risking it already....

changing these trannies along with the TIP41/42C you can use higher rails

TS Supply voltage +50

this will drop to about 40 volts when amp is loaded....depending on quality of power transformer used....

mj2955/2n3055 is the better mate for the tip41/42c....

+1 for the thread starter.....

if the output trannies are well matched i have no problem with that, but for peace of mind, 0.33ohm is even better...

250 watts needs at least 4 pairs of output trannies (for 4-ohms operation) and at least +/-70vdc.
MJE340 and MJE350 have the highest voltage for a Vas or driver, no worries.
With these kind of output arrangement, C8 and C9 may be omitted, parasitic oscillation would not be a problem.
Ang di ko maintindihan, yung value ng R5 at R6. May asterisk sya ts ah, ano ba sinasabi nyan?

R6 is not really required, it can be replaced with a jumper, R5 drops about 1.5 volts and the current thru Q4 and Q5 is about 6mA....

meron ding ibang purpose yang r6 sir tony... for PCB designing para makalabas ang out ng Q1... :)

Kesa mag jumper? ;D ;D
Ibahin mo na lang kaya ang design. :D :D
